"In your first session we will clarify a plan and strategy that works for you. My certificates, training and integration of various modalities from Person In Environment to TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Music Therapy and Art related therapies help me to help you. While I often fall back upon CBT strategies, all plans are developed using evidence-based strategies and are supported by standardized scales."

“My primary goal is to help clients feel safe in a nonjudgmental environment. Building trust is very important, recognizing without trust, therapy cannot happen. I have been working with school age children, adolescents and adults who have been through significant trauma, C-PTSD, and victims of Narcissistic Abuse. These clients require a safe place to build trust, tell their stories, and together we work on how to move forward.
I have also worked with clients who struggle with Anxiety and Depression, and those who have ADHD and learning disabilities. My goal here is to help clients learn their strengths and areas of challenge and how to use their strengths to compensate for their areas of challenge.
I am very educated on Attachment Theory and how that plays out in romantic relationships or non-romantic. I value each client as a unique individual and understand that trust is earned.
I will do my best to provide a safe environment, the right Therapeutic approach/s for clients. I look forward to helping all clients reach their potential.”
